A new report is out by Arizona State University’s Morrison Institute and the Arizona Department of Child Safety about child neglect in our state. Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Diane Douglas has unveiled a new $680 million education funding plan for the state. We take you into the pool for a look at underwater hockey, a sport enjoyed by the Phoenix Underwater Hockey Club.
