I'm Tiwa Ajibewa.
- And I'm Lexie Beemer.
And we're here to help get you moving for the next eight minutes.
You'll be surprised at what these moments of movement can do for you and the rest of your family.
So you can stay active and healthy at home.
- So go ahead, get up and let's start moving.
All right everyone.
Get your family, your siblings, get ready for this next movement activity.
Next we'll be doing AMRAPs or As Many Reps As Possible.
We'll start off by doing 10 squat jumps.
So essentially you wanna make sure that you're in a squat position.
Feet, shoulder width apart, arms out go down just like this, and then jump.
We'll do that 10 times.
(jumping) Just like that.
Next we'll do 10 shoulder taps.
So you wanna get down into a position just like this, and then tap each shoulder with the opposite hand.
One, two, three, four.
We'll do that 10 times.
And then we'll finish off by doing five push ups.
Just like this.
- You can modify them by being on your knees.
(upbeat music) - Perfect.
And that would be one round.
And Lexie will help us out by going to the board and putting down one, for one round.
You can do the same thing at home with your family as well as your siblings.
All right.
Are you ready Lexie?
- Ready, yes.
Let's do it.
- All right.
Let's do this.
All right, starting out with 10 squat jumps.
One, two, three.
- (indistinct) you can use your arms for some momentum.
- Five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10.
- Woo - Woo.
- Awesome.
- All right.
- Down in a plank position.
- 10 shoulder taps, one, two, three, four, five six.
- Try not to move your hips side to side.
- Eight, nine, 10.
Perfect, wonderful job so far.
Five pushups, one, two, three, four, five.
