Tourism at the Jersey Shore is in full swing. but staffing shortages are still plaguing the industry, making it tough for small employers to keep up. Now a new law is on the books that may help them fill key jobs. The measure allows 16- to 18-year-olds to work up to 50 hours a week during the summer and 14- to 16-year-olds to work up to 40 hours a week.
