The Secret Service reported that “potential explosive devices” were found in the mail addressed to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former President Barack Obama. These devices are reportedly similar to one found on Monday near the Bedford, New York home of billionaire investor and philanthropist, George Soros.
