Zen Leaf is one of two alternative treatment centers the CRC approved to expand into the adult-use market. Columbia Care's dispensary in Vineland was also given the go-ahead. The CRC granted conditional licenses to 79 more businesses looking to begin recreational marijuana sales. A motion was also approved to allow home delivery and curbside pickup for medicinal cannabis.
