Tourism along the Jersey Shore is booming. But business owners say there’s a hiring crisis. “Basically every single business that directly or indirectly is involved in your vacation is under-staffed and overworked and the problem is only getting worse every day...” said Vicki Clarkof the New Jersey Tourism Industry Association.
