One Livingston mom starts diaper drive to help other parents

"Every week, there’s just more and more clients, and every week we have less and less diapers..." Social service groups say, with diaper prices soaring 12% this year, many families can no longer afford to pay $70-$80 for a month's supply. Some working parents can't drop off kids at daycare unless they also supply diapers.
