Recent poll finds that hybrid schedules are more popular than ever

You may have noticed more cars on the roads during rush hour. For some employees, it’s the end of remote work as they knew it, while others are now on a regular hybrid schedule. Even if more workers are back in the office, polls show most would prefer not to be. According to a recent Gallup Poll, 49% of American workers who can work remotely are doing so for at least part of their workweek.
