The New Jersey Legislature is mourning a colleague, Assemblyman Ron Dancer, an army veteran and Republican from Ocean County who served for nearly 20 years in the Legislature. Dancer died at age 73, after battling a long illness. He most recently served as assistant minority leader for his party. Dancer was known for his quiet demeanor on the Assembly floor.
