Instead, she will run for the Louisville Metro Council.
She says she feels the Louisville Metro Council is acting on important issues while the General Assembly isn't.
Raymond serves now in House District 41.
She will run for Metro Council seat number ten.
The current council member, Pat Mulvihill, is not running again.
