Retha Hill is a journalist and Director of New Media Innovation Lab at Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Hill is also former Vice President of Content for BET. Her career has allowed her to gain a rich understanding of how African Americans have been portrayed in media.
