I'm Jamie Chester, and I'm here to help you get moving for the next eight minutes.
You'll be surprised at what these moments of moving can do for you and the rest of your family, so you can stay active and healthy at home.
So go ahead, get up and let's start moving.
All right, friends, thank you for joining me today we are gonna play a couple of fun games.
We're gonna start with a fun stretch, and it's also a game.
It is called Pumpkin face/Raisin face.
So when I say raisin face, you're gonna get low and down to the ground and scrunch up like a little raisin.
Let me see your raisin face like this.
Then when I say pumpkin face, you're gonna get big and wide like a pumpkin and you can make your eyes wide and your mouth wide and just do a nice big stretch.
Let me see a pumpkin face.

Pumpkin face.
Pumpkin face.
Raisin face.
Raisin face.
Pumpkin face.
Raisin face.
Pumpkin face.
Great job, round of applause everyone.
All right, now that we did a stretch, we are gonna get ready for our next game because in this game, we're gonna be moving all around our space, we're gonna be hopping and jumping.
Maybe you can do a little skip or you could just walk around on your tiptoes.
But we're gonna be moving like little baby bunnies.
The name of this game is called Sleepy Bunny.
All right.
And by the end, you may be sleepy enough that you want to take a little baby bunny nap.
So what's gonna happen, is when I say, "Wake up bunnies," we're gonna hop around.
You can hop with two feet like this.
You can take little tip toes like this.
You can do a little skip if you'd like.
But what we're gonna do is we're gonna move around like little baby bunnies hopping, but then when I say sleepy bunny, you're going to go and lay down.
You can lay down on your couch, you can curl up and lay down on a chair.
You can even lay down on the floor.
I have my yoga mat that I'm going to roll out.
And I'm gonna lay down on this when we say sleepy bunny.
If you're ready to play, let me see three baby bunny hops, one, two, three.
If you're ready say, "Oh yeah."
All right.
Well, I'm ready.
So let's try it out.
Wake up bunnies.
Hop around.
Hop, Hop.
Hop hop hop.
Sleepy bunnies.
Get down low.
All right, wake up bunnies.
Let's do some tiptoes.
Tiptoe, tiptoe around.
Sleepy bunny!
Go to sleep.
Wake up bunnies.
All right.
Let's try doing some giant steps.
Sleepy bunnies!
Take a little nap.
All right, wake up bunnies.
This time, let's try and do a little gallop.
Sleepy bunnies!
All right.
Let's do a couple more.
We've got bunnies.
Let's do a dance.
You can be a dancing bunny.
Do your favorite dance move.
Sleepy bunnies.
Do your favorite snore.
All right, wake up bunnies.
Come on you sleepy bunnies.
Now you can move any way that you'd like.
I'm gonna just do a little tiptoe.
Walk around the field, say hi to your friends.
Keep on going.
Come on bunnies, go.
Go bunnies go.
All right, move over to this side.
Move over to that side.
Move back over to this side.
Let's do some hops.
All right.
Twirl around one time.
And sleepy bunnies.
All right.
Wake up bunnies.
Wake up.
Let's walk around.
I'm gonna try, it's a couple steps backwards.
Careful, watch where you're going if you're gonna walk backwards.
Don't run into anything.
All right, take some side steps.
Like this.
All right.
Let's see, sleepy bunnies.
Okay, wake up bunnies.
All right, last one bunnies, let's hop one last time.
Count and see how many times you can hop.
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Keep going.
11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20 Sleepy bunnies.
All right.
Wake up bunnies.
Great job, friends.
I'm gonna go over here.
And I'm gonna give you all high five.
All right, we're gonna cool down.
Everyone take a deep breath in, and out.
And in, and out.
All right, let's give ourselves one more high five from me to you.
Great job.
