I'm Jamie Chester, and I'm here to help you get moving for the next eight minutes.
You'll be surprised at what these moments of moving can do for you and the rest of your family, so you can stay active and healthy at home.
So go ahead, get up, and let's start moving.
All right, friends, so the game that we are going to play today is called the big cheese.
Before we play, I wanna make sure that everyone is ready.
So we're gonna play a quick game of coach says.
So coach says, touch your head.
Coach says, touch your knees.
Coach says, touch your shoulders.
Coach says, reach up high to the ceiling.
Coach says, reach down low to your toes.
Coach says, touch your elbows, touch your ears.
Oh, good job, nice try, coach didn't say.
All right, we are going to get into the big cheese.
So the way that we play this game is we are going to need to use our listening ears, all right?
And we are going to have to play fair.
So you have to make sure that you are being honest in this game, and playing fair so that we can all have fun.
All right, so I am the big cheese and I'm going to say I am the big cheese, and then you're gonna say, you are the big cheese.
Let's try that.
I am the big cheese.
Yeah, great.
And we are actually going to turn around and then when we turn back and face each other, we have to make one of three poses, all right?
So the first pose is cheddar cheese.
Cheddar cheese is like this, you make a big circle right in front of you, everyone show me cheddar cheese.
Great.
Then we have string cheese where you stand nice and tall, straight up, like some string cheese.
Then we have the last one which is a little silly, it's stinky cheese.
So when I say stinky cheese, you're gonna go like this, like you're smelling some stinky cheese in the fridge, all right?
So we're gonna turn around, and I'm going to say I am the big cheese.
You're going to say you are the big cheese.
And then we're gonna come back with our pose, all right?
If you have the same pose as me, good job, nice try.
Do your three I'm awesomes like this.
I'm awesome, I'm awesome, I'm awesome.
Let's do that together.
I'm awesome, I'm awesome, I'm awesome.
And after your three I'm awesomes, you can get back in the game and try again, all right?
If you're ready, cross your arms like this.
If you're ready, tap your knees.
Okay, we're gonna just do a practice round so we have all the steps ready to go.
All right, I am the big cheese.
You say, you are the big cheese.
All right, now we're gonna turn around.
Pick your pose.
Three, two, one.
All right, my friends, I heard cheddar cheese.
Good job, nice try, do your three I'm awesomes.
I'm awesome, I'm awesome, I'm awesome.
Okay, let's try for real now.
Let's just turn around and do it a little bit quicker, all right?
Three, two, one.
String cheese, good job, nice try.
I'm awesome, I'm awesome, I'm awesome.
All right, let's try it again.
Three, two, one.
Oh, I did a double string cheese.
And if you had string cheese, good job, nice try.
I'm awesome, I'm awesome, I'm awesome.
All right, remember, you don't wanna have the same thing as me.
But pick your pose when we're still turned around so we don't see each other, okay?
Let's try a few more times.
Three, two, one, stinky cheese.
If you had stinky cheese, good job, nice try, you get to try again.
Let's do the I'm awesomes.
I'm awesome, I'm awesome, I'm awesome.
All right, let's try it again.
Three, two, one, cheddar cheese.
All right, if you got cheddar cheese, good job, nice try.

All right, let's say it again.
I'm gonna say I'm the big cheese, you say you are the big cheese.
I am the big cheese.
Yeah, all right, turn around.
Three, two, one, stinky cheese.
Who had stinky cheese?
Good job, nice try, air high five.
All right, now we're gonna do the lightning round.
So we're gonna go really, really quick.
Ready?
And three, two, one, string cheese.
Let's try it again.
Three, two, one, cheddar cheese.
Let's try it again.
Three, two, one, cheddar cheese.
Three, two, one, stinky cheese.
Let's try two more rounds, here we go.
Three, two, one, string cheese.
All right, last one.
Three, two, one, stinky cheese.
All right, if you had the same thing as me, hi five, good job, nice try.
We are gonna cool it on down.
So we are going to walk over to our table right here or anywhere, just walk over.
Now what do you see?
A cup of hot cocoa, you're gonna hold that cup of hot cocoa in your hands, hopefully it's not too hot.
And with your imaginary pretend hot cocoa, you're gonna smell it, and then you're gonna blow it off to cool.
Let's try it again.
Smell the hot cocoa, and blow it off to cool.
All right, for doing such an amazing job today playing that game, moving around, getting active.
We are going to give ourselves the roller coaster clap.
So on the count of three, we're going to clap, and we're gonna go up three times, tick, tick, tick, down three times.
And then end with a big ah.
All right, roller coaster clap on three.
One, two, three, tick, tick, tick.
