Takeover of Flying Fish Brewing Company expected to be finalized next month
One of the state’s most popular craft beer companies is expanding and buying out the competition. Cape May Brewing Company on Monday announced that it is acquiring Camden County-based Flying Fish Brewing Company. But the beer isn’t going anywhere. Flying Fish will continue to be distributed by its wholesale partners.
