A report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shows 14,600 were added to New Jersey's payroll in July but the unemployment rate ticked up to 7.3%. With COVID-19-related federal unemployment programs set to end on Sept. 4, some economists are preparing for a shift, expecting that could push people back into the workforce.
