David MacMillan's work with organic molecules created 'greener' chemistry
Another Princeton University professor has been awarded a Nobel Prize this week. David MacMillan shares the 2021 Nobel Prize in chemistry for his work finding revolutionary new ways to design and build organic molecules, which then get used in everything from medicine to food products. The work created “greener” chemistry, according to the Swedish Academy of Sciences.
