Ambassador Linda Thomas Greenfield spoke with students Tuesday at Seton Hall University
“This has been building over time and while diplomacy has not worked yet... you never give up on diplomacy," said Greenfield. "You may have to bring other tools in, which we have. We've brought sanctions in, we're ratcheting up the pressure on the Russians but diplomacy is still available to find an end to this war.”
